Meet (R) David Winkler

WINKLER’S PATHWAY TO VICTORY

David Winkler is a highly decorated Combat Veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and the Army. David’s service included multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan & South Korea. He believes in servant leadership by a Government that serves the interests of the people instead of special interests or self-serving aims. He will represent the workers, entrepreneurs, and families who are the backbone of Pennsylvania, and the nation. David Winkler is the strongest choice to run against the far left progressive incumbent, and will be attentive to the needs of Americans by upholding Conservative family values through pragmatic leadership.

The 4th Congressional District of Pennsylvania has had a long and varied political history, dating back to its establishment in 1795. The District is home to over 771,749 people with a median household income of $99,271. The District encompasses Montgomery County & most of Berks County northeast of Reading in southeastern Pennsylvania. In the 2020 redistricting cycle, the Pennsylvania district expanded northwards, further into Berks County, effective beginning with the 2022 elections. The area has been represented by Democrat Madeleine Dean since 2019. The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania redrew the state’s congressional districts in February 2018, after ruling the previous map as unconstitutional due to gerrymandering. The reconfiguration of the fourth district resulted in a Democrat-leaning area extending northwest of Philadelphia since 2018.

Even though the District is a strong Democrat stronghold, the failing policies of Democrats and the overall frustrations of Pennsylvanians provides David with the opportunity to offer a solutions based alternative that can earn a victory in the 2024 general election. The incumbent, Rep. Madeleine Dean, is depending on retaining Democrat voters but her far left progressive voting record has not been responsive to growing bi-partisan concerns of government spending, soaring crime, and the growing drug crisis.

David’s desire to respond to these concerns resonates with Republicans, Independents and frustrated Democrat voters. David’s candidacy offers an alternative needed as the incumbent’s dwindling support grows increasingly apparent with dwindling support across the board.

David will reach out to voters in a strategic manner so that the residents of Pennsylvania’s fourth district know that an anti-establishment outsider is determined to champion their interests in Congress.

This is the fight Marines are good at, to gain the initiative by starting early & winning the hearts & minds to do the work that must be done to restore government representation of, for and by the people.
